Q. Who is the Adjudicator?
A. The Adjudicator is an individual who will have experience
of construction law matters although may not necessarily be a lawyer.
An Adjudicator is normally nominated by both parties failing which
the government body of Adjudicators will nominate an Adjudicator.
The Adjudicator must reach a decision within 28 days and he must
act impartially throughout.
